RETURNS

If you wish to return any item bought at (SIGH), please contact us at hello@sigh-store.com within 14 days after receiving the goods. We will send you a form to fill up and return instructions. The costumer must bear the return shipping costs and (SIGH) is not responsible for eventual losses or damages that occur during that process.

If the product received by the customer is damaged or different than the one ordered we will cover the shipping costs and credit them back to you in the same payment method you have used in a maximum of 30 days.

After the returned product arrives at our facilities, and if it arrives in the original conditions, we will give you the chance to exchange the item free of charge or give you a money refund that will be credited back to you in the same payment method you have used in a maximum of 30 days.
