(SIGH) is a contemporary handbag brand dreamt in New York but based in Lisbon, Portugal. The brand was born out of the love of being surrounded by beautiful objects that spark conversations and become treasured possessions.
Our design philosophy is based on a soft approach to minimalism and timeless yet modern designs that are season-less and in tune with the current shift towards mindful shopping.
Our production philosophy is based on the commitment to create products responsibly. We buy and produce in very small batches so we can avoid overproduction and material waste. Most of our vendors are small family-owned local businesses, this allows us to create close partnerships and a more personal supply chain, something we truly value.
Our materials are sourced from vendors that allow us to buy in very small quantities or that have surplus stock available. This means that most of our bags will be limited editions or sold in “Pre-Order” to ensure we don’t overbuy materials or overproduce.
This commitment to produce responsibly is a work in progress and will be revised and improved with every step of our journey.
